Clear to color

In reference to all the underlying messages of the show LOST. There's reference to dark and light... Constantly. Messages all locked up in the "either or" (black/white,pure/sin, paths/decision) also known as choice. So what about the fact of water (clear). Sayid lives after being dipped in water or also seen as baptized, when it rains things change..... But... If you think on it. Clear at first you think no color. However water is clear. Ocean from far away creates more color than anything... Rainbows up close... Aren't there (clear) but have every color imaginable from far away!!! You can't catch a rainbow but chase it... Cause it keeps moving....
